Greek salad (Horiatiki in Greece)


4 tomatoes cut into wedges
1/2 small red onion chopped. You can slice it into rings
1 cucumber cut into cubes
1 small green pepper cut in juliennes
150 grams of feta cheese. If you do not have feta cheese, then you can use goat cheese.
4 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1 clove of garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
20 kalamata olives (pitted)

Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper and oregano in a small bowl. Place the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, green pepper, kalamata olives and feta cheese in a large salad bowl. Mix the salad ingredients. Pour the dressing over the salad, and toss it gentle to combine the flavors. Enjoy!!
