I have used his pizza dough that are fantastic!
I know he likes salads.....this salad is very colorful for a celebration:
Green and Berries Salad
Mix them at your choice. Serve it with a dressing of olive oil, mustard, lemon, and balsamic vinegar,,,
And....because a salad is not enough, a Jose Antonio Pizza's dough with potatoes, black and white garlic.
Chick Peas Pizza Dough with Potatoes, Bland and White Garlic
Make the pizza dough according to Jose Antonio. With a mandoline, finely sliced potatoes. In a pan, heat olive oil and sautee potatoes to make them tender. Season them with salt.
Over the dough, place the potatoes, white and black garlic, and sprinkle with olive oil. Cook it at 220C until is golden cook.
